Sometimes, there's just no substitute for a good 'ol Bridgeport and a manual lathe.

We've always had these machines and all of our machinists know how to put them to work when a project calls for a hand touch or special operation that we can't perform on our automated equipment.

Our conventional department also gives us the capability to fabricate prototypes and multiple versions of parts before they go to full production. This is a flexible and cost effective method to test a design and keep the ability to make changes.

We've made everything from small medical parts to very large aircraft Wing Slings that were used to lift and hold an aircraft wing while it was fastened to the fuselage of fighter jets at McDonnell Douglas.

When the job calls for a hand-made part, we're on it, ready to deliver fine craftsmanship with a high level of quality and precision.
